From the football field to the comedy stage, my journey has been anything but ordinary. As a comedian, plant-based eating advocate and personal trainer, I believe that getting healthy should feel as good as that uncontrollable, contagious laugh.

My goal is not to get anyone ready for a body-building contest or a swimsuit competition. My goal is to get (or keep) you moving well and feeling better. Being able to stay independent as we age is a big thing. And regular exercise can make that happen.
As we age our metabolism slows, our balance can decrease and we lose muscle mass. Bad news, right? Here's the great news, targeted, consistent exercise can abate or ever reverse those changes. The goal of my coaching sessions is to improve your functional mobility, balance and overall strength so you can live an long healthy life!
